i have a need to decode quote-printable mime from a stream but i'm unable to get
TBase64DecodingStream to do this easily... i found only one "example" of using
it on the web but that also used an intermediate array of byte buffer and was
related only to storing mime data in a postgress database...
i'm pretty frustrated with this after having spent the last 36 hours trying to
get it to work... does anyone have any ideas on which way i should look? is
there an actual working demo somewhere?
