Hi,
How well does FPC and Lazarus support 64bit OSes? I'm upgrading my PC at
work (long overdue) and am thinking of installing 64bit Ubuntu on the
new system to accommodate >4GB memory. As far as I know FPC works
perfectly on 64bit systems, but does Lazarus?
I would still require to build 32bit versions of our software, because
most of our client are still on 32bit systems. I gather this should not
be an issue either, even though I use a 64bit OS and 64bit FPC? You can
run 32bit applications on a 64bit OS, right?
