Zitat von Marcelo Borges de Paula <[email protected]>:
Hello everyone. My first post on Mailing-list.
Some days ago i created a bugrep due to some strange behavior of
TListview on Debian Etch.
Have you searched the bug tracker? AFAIK there are some open bugs
about TListView and gtk2.
Yeah!! I did some search on bug tracker. There is a lot of TListview hits.
Most of it with status closed or resolved.
After some research, i?m not sure it is a LCL problem, but a compiler
one.
TListivew, the component that i tested, do not select its items. I
mean, if you click a Tlistitem, it not get selected.
This do not occur when using FPC 2.2.4 in the same
machine/installation, so i thought it could be a compiler issue.
I compiled Lazarus with this compiler (2.5.1) and LCL_PLATFORM=gtk
and for my surprise, the symptom disapeared.
So its related to GTK2 and compiler.
Check if no one has yet reported the bug.
If not: Create a bug report and add a test program.
Already did. Bug #14340
My environment is a virtual machine running:
Debian Etch (all updates).
I386
Lazarus SVN revision 21460
FPC 2.5.1 revision 13600
All packages was download from SVN to this machine and compiled by
hand. I did not used debian package for this.
I?m concerned that this is a big problem with GTK2 and that can
cause a big headache to eveyone if confirmed.
Honestly, i?m lost here, so i want to hear some opinion on this.
Mattias
