Do you mean the page history. Click the "history" link on the right hand
column. That shows all changes for the current page. This is not across
translations, because that simply would not make sense.

There is also a "Watch" link, but I have no idea what that actually
does. Maybe a translator can "watch" the English page, and knows when to
update his local page - that's if his translation was based on the
English content (which seems to be the most popular choice).
