I'm tendering for a commercial application which is currently written in Delphi and the customer wants their app ported to Mac OS X and Linux, and I plan to use FreePascal and Lazarus for it.
I personally think that the best cross-platform example of using FreePascal and Lazarus has to be the Pixel Image Editor as that supports Windows, Linux, Linspire, MacOSX, BeOS, Zeta, QNX, MorphOS, FreeBSD, eComStation, OS/2, SkyOS and even old plain DOS, for both x86 and PowerPC architectures. I bet some of it was a nightmare to get working, but its impressive never the less. Dominique.
