How about visual class designer (UML) with output to XML and persistent
object framework to work with it - all buit-in into Lazarus and package ?
With such feature will Lazarus rise interest among Delphi developers ?
Actually, I am currently working on a study for such a feature.
Mattias has implemented some features in the IDE that will make this
possible.
