Open ide.inc and just uncomment it. This is only supposed to work for
0.9.29. Therefore don't try this is you have lower version.
* I specified the directory location for the cHM help files
(Environment> Options> Help Options> CHM Help viewer>
HelpFilesPath). HelpEXE was already pointing to the correct lhelp
executable.
Placed the cursor over the 'Classes' unit in the uses clause and
pressed F1. I get a error (though this one is different from what I
remember on my work PC). See attached screenshot.
Try with LCL units first.
