Just a note, how you can improve your English:
To find out whether to use "there" or "their", try to replace it by "my"
and "here". Depending on what fits better, substitute
"my" --> "their"
"here" --> "there"
and remember that the difference between the last two is only the letter 't' ;)
and waist is what you put your belt around... waste is trash or non-productive
time ;) ie: a thin female waist is a great thing to watch but a pile of waste
is not :P
