I am not sure that FPC and therefore Lazarus (we offer FPC packages in
and with Lazarus packages and installers) is not subject to US export
regulation, if exported from some US SourceForge server.
I wouldn't know about that, but as i could read from the link the
default setting is to deny access to the mentioned countries. So if the
export regulations do not apply, then perhaps the settings should be
changed... :)
