I try to support TAChart users on Lazarus forums, but since I have no time to read forums every day, I regularly miss posts. Recent examples include
http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,8568.0.html that I missed completely, and http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,8887.0.html that I found only because OP bumped the thread recently. I try to encourage users to move to the mailing list, but this of course only works for those whose posts I notice. Do other developers have similar problem? How do you cope? Maybe it would be good idea to push users to always use mailing list? -- Alexander S.
