I installed lazdaemon on win32 xp and created a project. It compiled just fine.
I opened the project under Ubuntu x64 and the project failed to load. I also didn't see any menu options under New like daemon like I did under win32. So I went into the IDE and added and rebuilt IDE under x64. And the menu options still were not there. The package was added. I tried removing lazdaemon and re-building and adding again but still no LazDaemon support. I mv ~/.lazarus .lazbak and restarted IDE. I reset my options right after I added my packages (this time I added lazdaemon from the start). This solved the problem but does anyone want to zip my ./lazbak folder to see why the daemon menu items didn't appear? I'm able to continue at this point so the work around is to restart your config files for lazarus by deleting the .lazarus folder. -- _______________________________________________ Lazarus mailing list [email protected] http://lists.lazarus.freepascal.org/mailman/listinfo/lazarus
