Hello List

There's a change been made in Lazarus trunk (r25305).

Before the revision a Lazarus user could configure a custom compiler
messages file (i.e. to translate messages into native language). The
option used to be configured per project, so with the next project
start it was necessary to reconfigure the option.

Now, the compiler messages file is configured globally for the IDE and
used (if specified) for each compiled project.
You can configure it in: "Environment->Files->Compiler messages language file".
If the file name is not specified (default) or points to non-existing
file, the default set of messages are used.

If anyone uses the feature (and the trunk Lazarus), please, test and
share your ideas or report any bugs.

thanks,
Dmitry
