I think it should easily be possible to compile from Win64 to Win32 by
just having a Win32 Lazarus and FPC.
Win64 keeps two sets of libs and runs the 32 bit apps in a wrapper just
like Win32 runs 16bit apps.

Still two separate installations to maintain and already using VMWare or Virtual
Box for Linux, but hey better than nothing right? :-)
