Not really. it works only for classes, not for methods, It will display
the method as if it were a function and does not know that it belongs to
 a class.

Why does TIDEHelpManager.GetHintForSourcePosition() not recognize that
it is a method of an object? in the source editor the very same function
will give the correct hint, even when pointed at the forward declaration
in the class declaration. What am I doing wrong?
