No, I don't know any other Java platform which falls in this pattern.
There are some platforms which only run Java, like Blackberry, but
there you can't load a native library.
Ah of course- the native library issue. That would probably rule out
larger systems (IBM using PPC, Sun using SPARC, everybody using x86 or
x64) which is what I was thinking about.
