quoted text, is exactly how I see it on my side, when I reply to any
message. Even if the original message was in HTML format, my email client
(Thunderbird) is setup to only use plain/text emails
What I should have written is that the examples I pasted were from the
unformatted source of the emails, rather than what was rendered on the
screen. So when Graeme sends something out without a line break after
the "het geskryf:" I at least get a screwed display.
I guess that's my problem if it affects nobody else, but it does mean
that I'm inclined to hit the "Next" button without lingering.
(I personally hate HTML emails).
i don't mind them when they are necessary but for the most part, no
thanks :)
I agree. We send tabular reports to customers- generated by lots of
custom Delphi- as HTML, but that's a special case.
