Supposedly this introduces the problem with TThread.Synchronize.
Would it not be possible / more appropriate to implement PostMessage(),
TThread.Synchronize, and TThread.Queue (which is not yet implemented at
all, but provided by e.g. Delphi 2007), on top of TApplication.
QueueAsyncCall ?
