I use Win2000 in a VM session for all my Windows testing. I can confirm

But I have to agree with you on NT4. As NT4 is a bit older that Win2000

Same here. All company development happens on a VMWare with Windows 2000.
I pitied the day I had to drop Windows NT otherwise I'd still be using that.
