I have only Vista 32 bit.
So if this is a win7 only issue, then i do not know about it.
I am not sure what you mean by the description?
The call-stack is supposed to fill when the debugger stops. If
executiopn continues (run F9 / Step F8,.F7) it is cleared until the
execution stops again.
