I suggest you read some of the Qt 4.5+ documentation. I believe they
have support for event loops inside thread object instances etc... Might
not be 100% to want you want, but it might give you some new thoughts
and ideas.
You mean just as a source of ideas ?!?!?
Mind that the purpose of my thought is _not_ being forced to use an
external Widget set, but enable attaching to one, if desired.
