At the moment it is
ecBlockIndent: Ctrl-K+I
ecBlockUnindent: Ctrl-K+U
Either
ecBlockIndent: Ctrl-K+I and Ctrl-K+Ctrl-I
ecBlockUnindent: Ctrl-K+U and Ctrl-K+Ctrl-U
Ah. Well, this seems like the only option to me.
