I suppose Graemes 1st priority is the stand alone Version rather than
the Lazarus integration.
I note mention of an alternative to X11 called "Wayland" which Ubuntu
might start pushing at some point. If this ever happens (and is done
in such a way as to not antagonise the rest of the industry) I wonder
what effect it would have on things like fpGUI which bypass the
popular widget sets?
