AFAIK Synapse doesn't have any support for rtsp or mms. I don't know of any pascal open source streaming library. KSP (https://code.google.com/p/kspnew/) is a pascal player. It is a frontend for the BASS audio library which does the streaming and playing. You can as well use the vcl activeX in lazarus.
