IMHO, acknowledging that the Assembler Window has the context for the
"Normal" Step, Instructions would be really nice, but of course not
exactly necessary.
As for the keyboard. I thing the default is alt-f7 alt-f8.
but you can change f7/f8 to react focus sensitive.
The main menu, does not currently have focus sensitivity, since if you
click the menu, focus is always with the main-window....
