The error 31 may refer to the library above: imagehlp.dll.
(Because the equal sign normally belongs at the start of a line)
It is probably not critical.
Since the apoint.ddl fixed the problem anyway, there is little point in
investigating it any further. It would have required more info, with
extra debug log, and special recompiled Lazarus.
But there is no point to that any more. Especially, since even with more
info the only fix would probably have been to uninstall it.
