I just tried with the current snapshot (IDE r29341), undocked IDE, and
the problem exists there. After a rebuild (r32550) I was unable to

Since docking still is broken (DragManager, DockWindow, bad IDE window
DragKind=dkDrag...), I have to apply several patches to my docking
IDE, and there the problem is reproducible - but this doesn't help
much :-(
