The usage of a pre-configured build mode is trivial. See this: http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/IDE_Window:_Compiler_Options#Selecting_the_active_build_mode > I confess that i have no idea of how to configure them. > Setting the debugger to generate a external file as default a good solution > to beginners and also reduce all those threads. Well, time to learn then! Build modes are extremely easy to use when you learn them. I even added a very easy tutorial of how to add a debug and a release build modes here, with many screenshots: http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/IDE_Window:_Compiler_Options#Adding_a_release_and_debug_build_modes -- Felipe Monteiro de Carvalho -- _______________________________________________ Lazarus mailing list [email protected] http://lists.lazarus.freepascal.org/mailman/listinfo/lazarus
