Search in SVN history to check when it was introduced. You can use
viewcv for that. Probably svn blame too
I couldn't find a really different implementation of e.g. DragLock and
DragUnlock.
Dunno whether locking was only an intention, never finished, or the
functionality was moved into the widgetsets...
