Did you try Google? For me it works very well, for example:
lazarus wiki high dpi
lazarus wiki epiktimer
lazarus wiki spreadsheet
lazarus wiki graphics
All those bring excelent results.
Can you tell me how to configure Google to search the English pages, instead
of the German ones?
In former times there was an "advanced search" option in the result page, but
it seems to have gone :-(

On the google page, there is a menu behind an icon in the right of your screen
where you can find "advanced search".
