For a while now I have noticed that typing some text and then wanting Ctrl+J (Code Templates) to complete the code is broken. I could never figure out why, until now.
I use tab characters for indentation. If the text is prefixed with a tab character, then code templates don't function in the editor. See the attached screenshot.
