You can find last contributor's email in lazaruside.fr.po file header.
Yes, I did it.
Note, that last change to French IDE translation was 11 months ago, so I
would say: go ahead.
470 "fuzzy" , 540 new strings, 23 typo. Here we go...
Don't forget to run pochecker ($lazarusdir\components\pochecker) on your
.po files to correct possible formatting errors.
