If it is portable it should be fine, just add to the project svn, dont make people download it separately. I killed all dependencies because a lot of people use non-standard stuff which don't work for example in Mac and bring all sords of problems to build and modify the program. For me the best would be giving you commit rights to the ccr if you don't have already and you commit directly what you see fit.
