WSRegisterCustomRichMemo is defined in the unit RichMemoFactory. Richmemopackage.pas has this in the uses clause. So add RichMemoFactory to the uses clause of your program. Perhaps some others need to be added too but they should be listed in Richmemopackage.pas.
