Along with preceeding code snippet, the property BorderStyle should be
set to bsNone to have the form overlapping the top taskbar but then we
loose the Form window title. The bottom taskbar still overloads the
displayed form.
The very best should be to have the form title to be displayed (for
which I guess that a border should be drawn) along with to bottom
taskbar being overloaded.
