lhelp will open them manually, but keyword help in the IDE (e.g. F1 on
begin or {$i) doesn't. I get IDE popups like 'Help keyword
"FPCKeyword_begin" not found.
Please try the files from here:

RTL etc. keywords only work if Lazarus is started from the .chm
directory. LCL always OK.
