From what I can see those two units are heavily related to
COM/ActiveX/OLE. As COM support is platform dependant to Windows (let's
forget about XPCOM here) there was no need to implement such units in
Delphi. Also FPC's COM support only improved in FPC 2.6.0 and trunk...
For what do you need these two units? Maybe we can find alternatives?
