GDB can be set to display disassembly in intel syntax through "set
disassembly-flavor intel" but we need a way to feed it to GDB. Please file a
feature request.
It should be possible to add this to the debugger startup options. there
is a field in the option dialog.
But you must specify it for being passed as command-line.
