You are being evasive that tells me 2 things. One you do not really care
about this conversation, which raises the question why you bothered
answering in the first place, and two you see me like some kind of pest
which dropped in from no where and spoiled your serenity, which raises
the question why should I keep on wasting my time on this.

native English speaker so maybe I misused a word and I apologize for
that.
You haven't misused any word and I wasn't offended at any level I was
trying to point out that there was no point on continuing down that path
of conversation so please no apologies, it doesn't feel right.
I explained in a former mail the package type "design time". Then you asked about
"is that a design time package",
which depending on context can mean different things. This is not your
fault. As I explained earlier it is hard to give the four types
unambiguous names. Maybe someone has better names for them.
No, I asked you how you would answer such a question I didn't include
any "usage info" because they where irrelevant to the question. In any
case it is of no importance to me If I do not like something I can
always change it to accommodate my needs. There is no point for me
continuing this conversation, I have tried to contribute my 2 cents and
that is all I can do at this point. Sorry for leading this thread away
from its original question.
