What is the origin of the glyphs used on the standard bitbuttons, e.g.
the OK?
If I wanted to have a modal form which, as well as OK etc., had "Prev"
and "Next" buttons for wizard-style setup, what is best practice as far
as selecting appropriate glyphs is concerned?
