I have read in that link that I need FPC 2.6.x, I have installed 2.6.0
(the one installed with the newest release of lazarus). Will it work?,
in other words, (is .0 included in .x? ;-)
Yes, you can compile 2.7.1 with either 2.6.0 or 2.6.2.
