samps is looking at 2.6.2 win32 which is 43277...
you are looking at 2.7.1... i confirm that on that machine it is last month's
(Sept) as you show above... at least, that's what i see when i sort the listing
by date...
i see also two source files at 43286... can you not build it from sources?
