Do you mean an embedded component that displays web pages? Or do you mean a scripting project that takes lfm and pas units and build the app "on the fly"?

Not on the fly. See it more as a Pascal-to-Javascript compiler.

You really should have a look at the Morfik AppsBuilder or Smart Mobile studio 
products.
