Yes, he can. He's been doing this for years, you can find other occurences in the forum, the Lazarus-BR ML and IIRC in this ML too. He probably has some mental issue. I'm not to criticize people who are kind enough/helpful/neighborly to a guy who ask vague questions about the same old timing problem and have no public projects but pretends (or naively intend) to write a complex game, but it's just what happened.
