There are no more such options planned. The option is only for processes shown in the Messages window. Other processes started by the IDE are not limited. Parallel execution also means adding new lines in the Messages window at multiple places instead of only appending at the end. This might disturb or confuse some users, so they might start looking at the Messages options.
