No, they don't. Icons cannot always indicate exactly what the purpose of a control is - having a text and preferably a hint helps. IIRC, the project inspector has enough vertical space to allow for this... However, if you feel strongly about it, please feel free to submit a patch in the bugtracker against current trunk.
