Yes you right, code is normal, but result is not same.
if I add this utf8 parameters, result is all Items is zero, this mean
nothing there, but when I remove utf8 parameter, ar has a value. I'm
talk about this.

It only reads bytes. No strings involved. Has nothing to do with UTF8.
