ItemRect.x += IconRect.width + IconRect.x + 2;
ItemRect.y += 2; // offset
ItemRect.Width -= IconRect.Width + 2;
ItemRect.height -= 2; // offset
This only works if you have enabled a special switch.
Found this out with 'make bigide'
