Its not installed in 1.2.6 but It can be useful.
It is in 1.4 which is due to see the light in a short time. I warmly
suggest to switch to 1.4, which has a significant amount of
fixes/enhancements. 1.4 RC2 is already available at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/lazarus/files/
