1-) open new project, then move form via mouse on the screen, in
objectinspector left and top values not change. When resize, on first
move (change with or height value) left and top change to OI's what have
value.
2-) Put tbotton or tlable on form then move form, try to select tbutton
via mouse from on form, Can not do this, move mouse while left button
clicked on form, draw square doted lines, but under mouse point nearly
40 pixell down
