I saw a few seconds ago r49911 & r49912 added help button and onclick
event, and event has
"OpenUrl('http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org.......');" this codes. I
think much better way this link can be resource string. Maybe in future
need change this address, then have to find all source in. Or this wiki
pages can be downloadable and can use in local server.
